This is a very recently completed nut & bolt, frame-off, rotisserie restoration at Carson Restoration! This car is basically brand new! Everything has been restored or replaced. The car was a driver when we started this project - Now check it out! The numbers matching 400 ci. V-8 engine and Turbo 400 transmission have been gone through and rebuilt. The interior is a legendary interior and is brand new, including the carpet. The only exception is the original dash pad which was already in mint condition. All the fuel & brake lines are new as are the brakes - including the power brake booster and master cylinder. The radiator is the original and has been re-cored. The windshield was replaced, but the rest of the glass is original and in great condition. The body is steel (not a patched-up bondo rust bucket!) and the paint is back to the original factory color. The original rims have been restored with new center caps that dress them up well! The rear end has also been rebuilt with new brakes, seals, and bearings. Many other items have been replaced to make this car like a new! Here are some of the many other new items: fuel pump, alternator, thermostat, hoses & belts, manifolds, weather stripping, door hinge pins, bushings, water pump, gas tank, rear valance, rear spoiler, rear bumper, exhaust system, door sill plates, U-joints, and many other nuts, bolts, clamps, and other miscellaneous items.
